ACTIVITIES

• The Consulting group has been formed by a group of experts with highly qualified know how and long lasting experience in Ukraine in: corporate consulting, strategic planning, legal and regulatory aspects and business and commercial developments
  
• The activities include:
  - Consultations in: technical legal and commercial matters for import, export, wholesale, distribution of food and non-food, agribusiness, tobacco products, consumer products, telecommunication, and other high-tech services and products,
  - Services to Customers willing to settle their activities and establish subsidiaries or branches in Ukraine.

• Organization of receptions, presentations, exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc
  
• Purchase and sale of shares and participation interests in other legal entities
  
• Other lawful activities not prohibited by Ukrainian law, related to market penetration

EXPERTISE

• Procedures to set up companies finding appropriate and reliable partners, preparing statutes, filing registration, finding offices, negotiating contracts etc.
• Establishing and keeping relationships with appropriate bodies as governmental, auditing, financial, certifications, Customs, preparing periodical statements and submitting to fiscal authorities etc.
• Providing legal and regulatory support

MANAGEMENT

• All activities are coordinated by Piero Cestarollo
  Who will make use of experts in specific activity sectors as tax, financial, legal, technical, customs, certification, etc as needed by the project.
